can i get a boat in my name if im 16?

Update:

ya im in the united states. I know that i wasnt able to for my truck. It had to be in my parents name

    Sure, you can be a property owner, such as a boat or motor vehicle, at any age.

    Will depend on law of the land. Technically some things are not recognised as being owned legally at some ages.
