how to do my eye makeup like this?

To me it looks pretty basic, maybe because of the poor quality in the photo? I don't know, but this is how I would do it:

1.Apply eye primer

2.Apply a soft white highlighter to the area above your crease

3.Apply a matt brown to the inner corner of your eye and taking it to the middle of your lid all the way to your crease

4.Blend out the brown into the base colour

5.(Optional) Apply eyeliner to the top lid, to give it a 'smoky eye' look, use a gel or pencil liner and blend it (you can use your finger if you don't have the brush)

6. Apple you eyeliner to your lower lash line. Make sure you are not applying it to your waterline. In the photo it looks like she has dragged it into the inner corner of her eye and has progressively become thinner from the outside coming in. *Remember to always start your liner from the outside and work you way in!*

7.Apply a layer of mascara to your eye to finish this look

You'll need a black eyeliner (preferrably a khol pencil) eyelash curlers, and a good mascara.

first line the inside waterline of your upper eyelid... this can be tricky but you get used to it.. it makes your eyelashes look thicker.

Next, you need to curl your lashes and apply a layer of mascara to both the top lashes and the bottom lashes. Once dry, repeat again and again until theyre dark and thick.

Now, line the top of your eyelid along the line where your eyelashes grow out from.

Then , line the bottom of your eye along the part where your bottom eyelash hair grows from.

If you want your eyes to look even darker and stand out more, then line the bottom waterline with the pencil, too!

If you're still unsure, you should search 'eyeliner tutorial' or 'defined eyes' or 'dark eyes' into youtube and you'll find many tutorials

Put black eyeliner on the top line of your eye, and most of the way across on the bottom. Use a taupe or beige color on the top and bottom waterline to remove the pink color and tone down the color palette. Connect the lines at the corner of the eye. Use mascara on top and bottom lashes. Put a eye shadow slightly darker than your skin tone in your crease to make your eyes look larger and deeper set.

you would first put a light brown shadow on your lid, then use a black pencil eyeliner and very finely line your top eye then line your water line and smudge both of them to not make it so perfect. then curl your lashes and apply about 2 coats of mascara and your done :)
