c000021a {fatal error} problem?
So last night before I went to bed, my presario cq40 automatically installed some microsoft updates upon shutting down, the next morning when I tried to boot my computer, it gave me the STOP: c000021a {fatal error} error message. What is the cause of this and how do I easily fix this problem?

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shutdown.
Is this the error?
If you've recently installed a program, it might be incompatible with Windows XP and cause this problem. The same would happen if you installed a service pack and it failed. There are several other reasons as well.
Since you're a beginner, I would ask someone for help with this. I've included a link to the Mcirosoft support site with details on this error. It gives you reasons why this may have happened and also solutions, but it takes someone with skill to implement them.
