I didn't like statistics, but I didn't find any part of it difficult. If you've studied algebra and calculus, and have a good foundation in those, statistics won't have a hardest part for you. Plan on doing a lot of memorizing of terms, and being able to see the difference between definitions which are similar. I noticed that a lot of other students seemed to have trouble grasping what p-value was, even though they could arrive at the correct answer. I think part of the difficulty some people have is that statistics is very different than studying other types of mathematics.
