Easy way to lose weight and stick to it without giving up?

I been trying to lose weight for the longest time (since my teen youth in fact) I'm in my 20's and 250ibs. I feel a little proud I'm at that weight since I used to be a few pounds heavy before. I don't know what I did or how that happen. I'm lazy, I am on my computer all day long. The only time I'm out is when I'm working or with a friend. But anyway... I really want a great weight lost plan I can stick too and is free. As for right now, I don't have the money to pay for a gym. Unless if its real cheap (like less then 40 per month.) I'll be able get into a gym onces I take care of what I have to do first. But as for right now, I'm hoping to eat right, and to workout without giving up so fast.

But here is my problem! .... 1. My bad habit of laziness. 2. My lack of energy. The only thing that will get me going if I drink a "5 hour Energy drink". 3. The foods I eat. It's hard to enjoy a healthy food such as a salad, fruits, and water, when you smell a tasty burger, or hamburger steak with rice. I also hate the fact that my parents fix me a plate that is all high and fat and gives it to me. Because I can't just say I don't want it. I take it and eat it.

I have a habit of giving up too fast. I can't even go a week without going back to my bad habits again and adding more pounds to my weight.

I feel hopeless. The only thing will work if I have tons of money to spend on a place that can push me to lose weight, or get surgery.

Is there anyway that I can stick to my weight lost and the right foods to eat?

The health food store is high price. And I can't always keep buying fruits and veggs.

And how do I stop the craving for foods that are bad for me?

Stop my lack of me being lazy? And away from my computer?

Also I'm not ordering anything. And don't have any money for any high price item. Just something free and very low cost. (but just free really)

Please I need some ideas?

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.sexyjese.com/ - it will blow your mind.

Trust me hon, if losing weight was "easy", every SINGLE person in the entire world would be skinny

losing weight is based on determination, but maintaining it will be easier

You have to snap out of your senses. To lose weight, you kneed to burn more calories than you consume.

If you are over 18, lucky you that you get to visit a dietarian and go get yourself a personal trainer at a gym. Personal trainers help motivate you and stuff. sometimes they even give you what you should eat stuff

You can eat whatever the f*ck you want as long as it's not sugar, fast food and processed foods (foods with more than 5 ingredients in it or hydrogenated fats).

When you do that for 1-2 weeks its becomes a habit and you stop craving for those toxins.

Also you'll be more healthier and feel A LOT more energetic.
