Find the equation. A plane passes through (1,2,3) passing parrallel to the xy-plane?
I think I'm making this a whole lot harder than it is but I'm lost right now. Can anyone show me step by step what to do? I'm supposed to this for the xz and yz planes too but I'm sure I can figure it out from a step by step example for my question

The xy-plane is z = 0. Therefore, the parallel plane through (1, 2, 3) is z = 3.
The xz-plane is y = 0. Therefore, the parallel plane through (1, 2, 3) is y = 3.
The yz-plane is x = 0. Therefore, the parallel plane through (1, 2, 3) is x = 3.
