Does anyone know how to contact Yahoo Support for mail? No email access for over 3 days!! A real person?
I have one time reached a chat consultant through the help pages but have been unsuccessful since. She could not help the situation and said that someone else would escalate the issue and email me within 24-48 hours. No luck; no email. I keep getting unresponsive stock responses when I try the help area again. Answers totally suck. They don't help one bit. I have not had access for several days now. The mailbox won't open. No one can send mail to me. It's a fatal error and just gets bounced back to them with the dreaded Mailer Daemon. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!! One of stock responses is it's my ISP which it's not but they keep sending that back to me. I have another Yahoo email/access and sign in that I'm using here. So it's definitely not their stock problem and therefore it works. It's a YAHOO problem than no one there will assist me with. Very frustrating. Here is the error message when my mailbox won't open:

I had the same experience as Cole below. Escalation no help yet AND the response from email support was "not too responsive" as it only asked when my problem started (date) and after I replied to that, no further assistance and that was a couple days ago. For a supposed company that cares, this is real bs. I have used Yahoo mail for years because of it's global access. But this is really, really frustrating!

Update: I found a phone number! 866-562-7219. I was able to speak to a real person (after 12 minutes of sitting on hold) by pressing 4 on the first menu and 4 on the second. However, after over an hour on the phone and trying a bunch of useless stuff, he decided it was specifically a "mail" issue (which I TOLD him to begin with!) and he said I would need to email support. I refused to allow him to get off the phone with that answer because I tried that, TWICE, with no response. So, he stayed on the phone with me while I logged into chat. Like you said, the guy on chat couldn't help. After 46 minutes of trying things I promised weren't the issue, he decided he needed to "escalate" my problem to the engineers. That was only a few hours ago, but no word back yet. I will keep you posted! Good luck!
**Update 7/19: It is finally fixed! I was able to get into my inbox starting at 10 am. I have NO emails from the time the box was down though :/ Hope yours is fixed as well!

•Temporary Error 46. Maybe if you define a temporary error as several weeks. I'm leaving yahoo mail since there is no to contact them for help. Google here I come.
