Can I take me iPod back and replace for another one?

So I got an iPod Touch 4g about 2 weeks and I notice the home buttons is really loose and lately it's not that responsive, I have to press hard or on an angle with my fingernail and sometimes it doesn't work right.

Would they let me trade it back? I have the warranty and receipt.

Update:

Have everything, stickers, papers, iPod Touch (of course), headphones, cable, box.

    Yes they should take it back its only been two week. Make sure you have everything that you got with it.
