Skyrim camera Over the Shoulder camera?

Hello,

Yes I know how to change it with the right stick.

I want to know how to make it 3rd person and off center reallly close to the back of the character....

I zoom in now and its centered...i liked it off center and really close...like the witcher or fallout 3 /

How?

    i think what he was trying to say is if you unsheathe your weapon it will zoom out, im not sure but i think it does zoom it out

    I don't think u can change the over-the-shoulder camera angle on the consoles. On the PC, u add/modify various lines to your "skyrim.ini" file.
