is 10 liters enough water/space for cherry shrimp?

Is it enough space? its a nano fish tank.

If its not big enough for lots of shrimp, please tell me how many MAX can i keep in a 10 liter tank.

    I would get two. I have a 10l tank with two shrimps, and with 40% water changes and live plants they are fine.

    Since 10 liters is about 2.6 gallons, you can get 2-3.
