16 year old weight help!?

I'm 16, male, and roughly 14.5 stone. I'm about 5ft 3 and have a huge stomach.

I do not play sports and I love to eat food, junk food that is.

Can someone give me a diet plan on a healthy diet and don't say join the gym . Thanks

    Eat between 1300-1500 calories a day, exercise like running, situps, cardio, pushups. Cut out the fatty foods. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. If you do this and stick with it you will lose weighy in no time! Good luck hun! :)

    finding a sport you like would help. you could also try doing something active like community service etc. for a diet I suggest to lay of the junk food you could take it slow or stop entirly right away. Then try eating you fruits and veggies and stop playing vids. (if you play video games throw them away)

    Yes. Going to the gym is over rated. What I would recommend is look at the Rocky episode where he fights the mad Russian and do that exercise plan where he lifts logs and do sit-ups in the rafters of the log cabin.

    Eat less junk food.

    Exercise more.

    don't and i mean DON'T eat a lot at night! its best to eat during lunch time because that when everyone's metabolism is the best through out the day.
