Gay dudes (no matter how 'flaming') identify as dudes. Biologically male people who don't identify as dudes are transgendered.

It depends. Sometimes there isn't a difference (yes, there are flaming gay transmen), and sometimes there is (transwomen, straight transmen). Transwomen who like men are not gay... they are women. Simple as that.
