Lump in lower right pelvic area ?
I noticed it Thursday night and it's now Monday morning..its a small lump or bulge. It's located on that "V" shaped part of ur body in between ur hips. It doesn't "hurt" but it is uncomfortable..almost like a very light. Cramp I guess u could say..at first I thought maybe it was a bowel obstruction cause I been kinda stopped up lately but after reading up on it I'm not so sure that's my problem..any help would be appreciated.. Thanks

Sounds like an inguinal hernia. A few questions:
Can you reduce it? (push on it and it squishes back in).
Does it feel hard? (a hard hernia may be bowel caught within the actual hernia).
Generally, these are harmless, and you get the vague, cramping pain that you're talking about. You wouldn't actually SEE a bowel obstruction, unless it is to the point where you're completely distended (your entire abdomen is sticking out like a pregnant woman) which would take weeks. I would say that if it becomes more painful, becomes hard, or you can't push it back in, to see your physician.
Of course, it could always be other things. If it becomes red, hot to the touch, or starts weeping pus, you should see your physician as this might be an abscess.
