Lol I want one bad but it doesn't comply with the Army tattoo policy.

You would have to have it removed at your expense, or be discharged.
They will start off with a counseling statement letting you know you are not in compliance with AR 670-1 (Wear and Appearance of Army Uniforms and Insignia) and remind you of the policy, counsel you that you can be afforded the opportunity to seek medical advice about removal of the tattoo. If you fail to fall into compliance, you subject yourself to a discharge.
Makeup coverups are not authorized to avoid complying with the regulation.
