Guinness & Raspberry Brownie Recipe?
Does anyone have the recipe for Jamie Oliver's Guinness and raspberry brownies please? I saw it in the shops one day but didn't have any cash, went back the next day and it was replaced with the new edition! I've been trying to find it ever since and it sounds delicious!

Wow, that does sound good. Here's a guess, just a guess. I would take fresh raspberries and put them in a food processor to liquefy them. Add enough Guinness to make up the amount of liquid needed in your brownie recipe. I would imagine that you could use a good box brownie mix very easily. Post back and let us know how you did, I'd like to know.
