There are no known risks from the wavelengths currently in use.
I was once alarmed when I heard that using a mobile for 15 minutes resulted in a small rise in temperature of the adjacent head area. Then a colleague pointed out that holding your hand against your head for 15 minutes did the same thing. They had actually measured it in their lab. A far bigger effect was measured by walking outside in the sun for a couple of minutes to get to the canteen.
