L'isola Tiberina is it artificial?

The islands in the river Tiber (Isola Tiberina) in Rome and in the river Seine (Île de la Cité) in Paris, are those islands natural or man-made?

    Both natural. Instead the island Saint-Louis in Paris was built artificially (in some ancient maps of Paris one can see just little rocks in the site).
