Can I get a data-only plan for a smartphone?

I'd like to get a smartphone, but I have no use for voice minutes or text messages -- I have a cheap Virgin Mobile cell for that. Does any carrier sell a data-only plan, kinda like the 3G tablets use, but for a smartphone-sized device? Prepaid would be ideal.

Why not just upgrade your Virgin Mobile phone to a smart phone? I think the cost of voice/message/data from Virgin Mobile would be way cheaper than paying for your current VM phone and a separate data plan. It is pretty hard to beat $35 a month.

2 issues... a million. the most inexpensive Verizon information Plan is $30, not $20... 2. you could in common words award 10 factors at maximum, not 20... As on your information plan although, with Verizion, that's what that's... you receives 4GB of information for $30/month (2GB after January 15th). that is the most inexpensive plan. next must be the 5GB plan for $50, and then 10GB for $80. desire I Helped!
