How does you feel when you dumb your boy/girlfriend.?

what do you feel when you say/said those words to them, when you see/hear they're reaction, what do you feel on that very moment in time?

    i would feel guilty about it and the person who got dumped will feel like they would never get a person like that before because they think there ugly. i would feel so sad about it. i dumped someone before and i didn't have to say anything. all i did was give them a note say that if we could be friends. and then i felt guilty. but soon that guy will find the right person for them.

    I feel like I don't know where I am. I get this sick feeling right below my belly button and I can't stop thinking about him for a couple of months. The first couple of weeks I think of NOTHING but calling him, but after a while it gets easy and you move on and become happy/content.
