How to get WiFi adapter for Utopia Internet.?

We switched our phone, cable and internet and have Dish, Utopia and not the best.

But we asked for a multiple Ethernet ports they came but they are in the garage so not good.

We asked if it had WiFi they said yes we install it, didn't when they were finished we asked about the WiFi and they said "oh that is not dealt with us you have the ports for it but you need to buy it at a retailer" but they didn't tell us which ones and we can't find the model or anything only on the box is Allied Telesya and Utopia.

When we called the company they said "You need to buy one at a store, not sure where you heard you get it from us we don't sell the WiFi adapter"

Any help, we got kinda screwed over my mom is easily tricked and she is very gullible and will buy anything someone sells to her.
