How do i know if this manager is actually interested in me working there?
So i've been job hunting for a while, and i went into this store called "bye bye baby" (weird name,i know), asked a woman if they are hiring and she said yes. So i met the manager, she gave me an interview on the spot, and after said "thanks for coming in,i really like you,and im going to talk to the other managers to get you a second interview."
A few days later with no calls,i came back in the store just to check back. She said the same thing as before.
It has now been about two weeks and i've gotten nothing. What should i do? Was it just a lot of false hope?

Move on dude and continue on job hunting. It's the common way of dropping someone without hurting them. Yes maybe she likes you but she doesn't have control in the company's decision so she can't make a sure commitment to you. Best move is to move on and try again. Don't worry, if you strive hard you'll find a good job for you. :)
