Yeast infections, urinary tract infections and virginity loss?

I lost my virginity about 3 months ago (I am a girl), and have since maintained the same sexual partner. Since this time, I have had two yeast infections and I currently have what I believe to be a Urinary tract infection (self diagnosed with internet help, will be going to a doctor soon but that will not be possible for a few days). I have never had any issues with my genitals in my 19 years of life until having sex...

I surely have considered that it could be an STD as my partner has been with various other women before we met, and about 2 days ago he got tested for STDs and came up negative, so that is not an issue....

But, is there some reason I could be having these issues in relation to having sex? I have been using latex condoms and lube, if this seems relevant to any of you...

Thanks!

At any point does he not use a condom? Do you do anal. UTI is common from anal with not condom and then back in vagina

There's also good info about yeast infections here:

I got a really bad yeast infection two days after losing my virginity, and a bleeding urinary tract infection a 2 weeks later after having sex with that same person. Your vagina is being exposed to bacteria it's not use to dealing with, so it's getting infected and trying to balance things out. It will be in full protection mode (not for STD's of course) in a few weeks. Don't worry, you're not alone. Bacteria from your anal tract is probably being transferred to your vagina due to the motions during sex. Wiping from back to front is the cause of most of these infections in women in the first place, so it makes plenty of sense why you would be getting them now as well.
