I'm sorry, why do you *need* blue eyes? I'm guessing you don't understand the difference between a "need" and a "want".

The best you could do (and you'd have to be well disciplined in working magic which takes a lot of study and training) would be to give someone a temporary illusion that your eyes had changed color (power of suggestion really). You can't literally change your eye color with a spell.

you don't NEED blue eyes, you want them. in which case, why not just get some coloured lenses. I have some green ones and some violet ones, and they're fun for when you feel like a different look.

3 blue crayola crayons

a bottle of eye drops

5 dragon flies

2 butterfly's

add all of this to a boiling pot of herbal tea. Mix well then pour in a box, and add 2 grapes
