is there anything you can eat/do to make your blood counts better or only transfusions?

and what makes your potassium low?

    It is probably a mixture f your cancer and your chemo causing this.

    Good nutrition will help your body to improve your blood counts but you may still need a bit f help from transfusions.

    Lots of fresh fruit and veg will help the potassium. Here is a list of good ones.

    •raisins

    •prunes

    •apricots

    •dates

    •strawberries

    •bananas

    •watermelon

    •cantaloupe

    •citrus fruits

    •beets

    •greens

    •spinach

    •tomatoes

    •mushrooms

    •soy products

    •veggie burgers

    •peas

    •beans
