what type of crayon to use on melting crayon art?

also what size canvas is preferred?

    All crayons are made with parafin wax and will work relatively well. so i would go with the cheapest brand, and canvas size is completely up to you. But because canvas is so expensive i would save the larger canvases for more detailed pieces and go with medium to small on this piece in particular. Stay away from complementary colors (opposite of each other on the color wheel ) when they are next to each other or else the colors will melt together and give you a really icky brown. hope this helps

    Blue is my favorite and they had this macaroni color when I was little they would go GREAT together
