Is anybody else seeing that "Recommended" tab?

When I click on the "Polls & Surveys" link instead of sending me to "Open" questions, it sends me to older ones that are "Recommended".

    Yeah, that happens when I use Internet Explorer, but it doesn't show up on Google Chrome, thank goodness
