Why do I only get compliment from older women?
So I'm a aftercare counselor, I work at a elementary school and I happen to be the youngest employee . ( 20 year old ) . I always get compliment from older women , one time on of them said if they had a daughter they would definitely introduce me to her. Another time i was working and two older women (may be age 40 to 50) stare at my *** while i bend down. These Ladies always say stuff like look at Mr. Smith and his huge muscles .
I know the school is mostly full of older women, but the Teacher who are in there late 20 never compliment me , Plus when I do get compliment from girls my age, it's usually girls i know for years .

Because older women are more outgoing because its like complementing there son as to the younger women who are in your dating age group. Its like someone your age telling a child they are cute. Its easier than telling someone your own age that that are cute right?

Cougars, cougars everywhere.
I think that's a little inappropriate seeing as you're only 20. I'd feel creeped out if old men were doing that to me. Maybe the 20 y/o teachers aren't complimenting you because they're probably dating etc., older women probably get bored of their husbands.

Yeah it's probably because your mature for your age! It's the same with me but I'm 15 and I always get hit on by like 25-35 year old men. It's awkwarddd! Cuz I'm like uh I'm 15, and they are like so? Lol but your age difference is a lot more so that must be soo weird!

Older women love to look at younger woman and remember how beautiful and life-full they were when they were your age. and staring at you when you bent down they were probably talking about how their butts looked better at that age then your does... They just like to feel young
