I Need 6 channels power amplifier i am totally confused which one is best?

Both are a very high end audio power amplifier. If you don't mind paying between $5,000 to around $10,000 for them. I would be leaning towards the McIntosh. You are not going to find them at your local retail store. Hope this will help you out.

There's very little to choose between them. They're both excellent. I doubt that in a blind listening test that you could tell the difference them unless running each at the absolute edge of their respective performance envelopes.

Both models are discontinued. So when buying used gear think about any likely service and repair bills. Big power amps use big capacitors that cost big bucks to replace. The older the amp the more likely it will be that you needs to do this. Other than that just buy the one with the features you need and the looks that you like; then enjoy.
