Help with grammar or whatever.. Is this sentence correct?

here's the sentence:

"I'm a simple guy with ample notion and they said that I like to perplex everyone by answering them in a complex way"

    They are both correct (remember to use a comma after Cavs to indicate a division.) The first sentence states the fact that the Lakers were so easy, and asks the question about the Hawks and Cavs based on this assumption. The second sentence questions the validity of the statement that the Lakers are so easy, in light of the fact that the Celtics struggled with the Hawks and Cavs. The correct sentence would depend upon the point you were trying to make.
