The song playing in the background of the dinner scene with Edward and Bella is Never Think by Robert Pattinson (yes he has a couple songs in the movie, but doesn't have his own record. he's only going into a singing career if acting fails. but obviously that will never happen) The other song that you are thinking of is actually not the same song. If I'm thinking of the same scene you are its the one where Edward has to save Bella near the end. And the song is Let Me Sign also by Robert Pattinson Hope this helps you alot!
