text her more. try calling her more. try to increase the communication but don't come off as clingy so if she doesn't text you back just wait a bit before you do so. ask her to do something else with you besides lunch. like go see a movie or something

well there has to be something going on right why would she be having lunch with u numerous amounts of times i mean i know u guys are friends but doesn't she have other friends? so u might be more than a friend to her ;)

um and instead of YOU asking to have lunch with her see if SHE comes up to you instead. if she does that means she is somewhat interested in you

Sure you do. If you shared a "look", she sounds interested. Instead of aggrivating her by texting and stuff more, just ask her out and find out right away. If no, move on or try to impress her but don't start irritating her with phone calls. Maybe play a little hard to get yourself and you may get your answer, but dont be a jerk about it. Some people take it to far and they look like jerks.

Tell her you like her and want to keep her as a friend if she's not interested but if she is you'd like a date. Just be honest.

get to know her more! Get her number, invite her out somewhere at night like a movie or something. Hang out with her, if you have become close friends this wouldn't be a problem.
