game wont load or lags severly?

been going on now for over a week...ive cleard cache/browser..avg..i go thru google chrome..worked good till past week..tried all i could..i think im missing something/setting somewhere..i dont know
even went to start button on windows vista and cleard cache out there also. game works fine at various times and times wont load or takes forever to load..when in game..battle mode works fine, chat works fine, but when going from one thing to another..it takes forever or doesnt load.
going through yahoo and kabam..most of the time, kabam works better, but still does same thing.
what else can i do? not very computer savy..just basic stuff..any help would be appreciated...ty

Your computer connection probably is causing the lag. Also if your low on memory space this can slow it down a lot, so try deleting old files on your computer to speed things up.
