What can the Magic do to possibly save their franchise?

I have a few friends who are die hard Magic fans. And they've said it's become EXTREMELY difficult to root for the Magic, and they honestly just want to stop watching and give up on the whole franchise.

Which coach could help them? Should they entirely give up the 2013 season and just focus on acquiring draft picks?

Trade Howard for a lot of Good Players. Howard does not want to stay and it is the best for the Magic to move on.

Trade Howardin this 3 team trade.

Orlando gets- Bradley Beal and both LAL and WAS 2013 1rst round picks.

    Los Angeles gets- Dwight Howard

    Washington gets- Andrew Bynum

Then Orlando should flip veterans like Jameer Nelson, Jason Richardson, JJ Redick and Glen Davis for more draft picks this will also make the Magic record plumet which will increase our chances of winning the lottery.

Then w.e lottery pick we get that year will be added to our young core of Andrew Nicholson (our 2012 draft pick who is widely regarded as the best post player of this draft and he is a big man who can shoot 3's), Bradley Beal (the Best guard of the 2012 draft who is a combo guard who can pass and score and also has an incredible jump shot), and last our 2013 lottery pick (who will most likely be a future franchise player)

This my friend is how we rebuild.
