Samsung Galaxy S II questions?

Ok i am thinking of getting the Samsung Galaxy S 2, and the phone i have now is the pantech ease which doesnt require data, so when i do get the smartphone will i be getting a new sim card? There is problems with the pantech ease that i do have, if i use the same sim card will that same problem occur? Also when i am at home and want to use a lot of data and maybe thinking that i might go over my data limits can i use my home internet wifi , and don't increase the data amount, or does it still increase the date, please explain to me on that question.

    Why are u going with samsung 2011 models go with latest always...

    i think samsung build quality is not so good,thats thay are getting problems 2-3 months..

    i only believe in sony...

    Go with Xperia s,

    it has no problem with data..

    it has 1.5ghz dual core cpu, andreno220 gpu, 1gb Ram, 32gb internal, 1080p recording 30fps and supports,NFC technology,smooth and latest from sony...

    or u can also go with xperia p,xperia u and xperia sola

    it is an incredible telephone, probable between the quickest telephones out today.. It seems solid, has a great demonstrate screen length and brightness.. consumer-friendly to apply and it runs Android so it fairly is dazzling and capacity there are lots of apps, the Android industry is transforming into without put off. plenty quicker than the Apple App shop.. i'd somewhat advise it, i believe it fairly is the superb telephone out today, and that i provide it a 9.5/10..

    Using wifi does not use your plan data,it is a soerate radio that does not use you carrier network 3g/4g radios. and you would get a new sim card if the phone needs one.
