Need to know how many teams are in your league. I'm assuming 8 or 10 by the look of your team.
QB - Eli should be solid this year. He will only get better with age and experience. Big Ben not a bad choice for a backup.
RB - Really good picks here. I'm assuming you took Matthews and Forte with your first 2 picks. Both should be really good this year and both double as good receiving backs as well. Your bench RB situation needs some help though. BGE and Donald Brown aren't very good options for bye week fillers or injury substitutes.
WR - Pretty good group. Steve Smith is the best one you have, followed closely by Vincent Jackson who I think is going to surprise people and make Freeman look really good in TB this year. Torrey Smith is a good big play WR if Flacco can get him the ball. Good bench backups as well.
TE - Nothing wrong with Davis. Part of the talented 2nd tier group behind Gronk and Graham.
Overall this is a good team for a 10 team league, not so good if it's an 8 team league. If it's PPR it's even better because you have some good possession and big play guys at WR. Look to improve your RB depth and you should be good.

McNabb is a big question mark, but if something happens to him Kitna will be solid. Your WRs are just average. Im a huge fan of Roy Williams but i like him more as a great #2 not a #1. Your RBs are great, they will keep your team in contention. Your TEs and Ks are good also. Baltimore's D could have a big year or they could be a bust. Instead of droping Haynes drop your back-up kicker. I doubt anyone will want him up and you can just pick him back up when Akers has a bye week.

Donald Brown is going to be a good be week filler.
Edit: my answer was for Alex as he's mistaken about D Brown. Most people see him as a top breakout candidate and might make a #2 rb at some point this year.
