There's this guy I've been talking to recently, I really like him and I think he feels the same. Yesterday we were talking and joking about even eventually finding our own place. (he started that) Today he hasn't contacted me at all. He usually starts our conversations, should I contact him? My mom says no but I don't know what to do.

Hi jewels your mom is rite, but break da chain n txt him n maybe for a change u can also start da conversations, so go rite ahead n don't b a big baby n a chicken.
