Can I drink Gatorade after brushing my teeth? Will it cause cavities? The nutrition facts label says 21 grams of sugar.

I wouldn't. It will change the acid levels in your mouth which will build up and lead to decay. Even drinks with no sugar can do that. Stick to water.

Any food or drink with coloring in it's going to ultimately color your tooth. Yellow coloring is a sporadic brown on your enamel, brought on via almost some thing darkly coloured. Additionally, the citrus in Gatorade can contribute to acid erosion, making extra pocks in your enamel to be colored. Don't forget that yellow coloring happens on every body's tooth over time, caused by way of anything from espresso to smoking to virtually anything with acids, bases, and staining constituents. Hold brushing twice a day, flossing and mouthwashing at night, and the twice yearly go back and forth to the dentist must keep your teeth acceptably white.

Sure, but it is bad for your teeth and diet.
Basically sugar water.
That is about 4 teaspoons of sugar.
