    Most credible popularily frequented stores & restaurants have customers who seem to have some idea of what they are eating.

    Scientists who have done research seem to know that the foods we eat have digestible proteins or carbohydrates and that taste quite pleasant.

    I know what's in the food i eat, but i take the fime to find out. And i know the people that i buy it from.

    I think I take a lot for granted that they will be safe to eat. It would be silly to wonder about them if you are buying from a reputable shop.

    l know exactly what's in my food because l make it all...even my own bread.
