Before people go bat-crazy, let me remind you of a fellow Democrat, one whom I personally like, whose initials were FDR:

Franklin Roosevelt took office in fall of 1932 in the middle of the Great Depression, when unemployment numbers were at 13,000,000. Which equates to 25% of "city" workers, and over 37% of farm workers. He began cleaning house in what was known as The First Hundred days. The Great Depression was, for lack of a better term, "ended" by 1936 due to FDR. And despite a brief flare of a recession in 1936, Roosevelt was yet again re-elected and died in office in 1945, thirteen years after his first term.

If Roosevelt could take us out of the Great Depression in four years, get us through a small recession, and lead us through World War II, why can't Obama?

Julia, HE didn't take of bin Laden. He enacted military plans that were drawn up during the Bush Admin. and Navy SEALs took him out. But he wouldn't credit the Bush Admins. plan because that would go against his "Blame Bush" policy.
