How do I use headliner adhesive?
The headliner in my car is sagging down a bit, about 4 inches by 2 feet. I just bought some headliner adhesive and the directions say to spray 3 layers on each side of the fabric.
Do I need to make a hole to spay both sides, or can I spray it directly on and will it stick?

It doesn't matter because the adhesive won't work now because the headliner material has a foam backing. The outer material has separated from that foam. To try and glue it now would result in a mess because the adhesive will bleed through the material. Either get the headliner replaced (bout 120$) or staple it.
