Does anyone have information about this pocket knife?

I am interested in buying a 1940's la vespa pocket knife which was made in Italy. I really want to know more about this knife. Does anyone know any information about the history of the company that made this knife or anything about this knife?

Apparently those are made by a company called Forme. I have no idea how long they have made Vespa accessories, though:
