Is it possible to go down to lean weight?
Apparently my lean weight is 167 lbs. Currently I'm 210 lbs. So, if I go down to 167 lbs, does that mean I'm dead (0% body fat) or I just have no excess fat and I should go down to something like 175 lbs? By the way, I'm a competitive athlete, so literally as little weight as possible would be ideal. Thanks!

It doesn't mean 0% body fat, but (how many fitness trainers see it) is having little fat distributed over the body. It's okay to pinch your stomach and have a little excess skin, but if you can grab an area with your hand and feel the fat, then it isn't considered lean. Also take into consideration that lean IS NOT skinny.
Skinny implies that you're underweight and are just skin and bones. LEAN is having a good muscle:fat ration in your body (i.e. having pertruding muscles in your torso and arms).
Many people have different versions of lean. I am 6'1" and weigh 175 lbs. The lean weight range at my height is 165 - 195 lbs. If you fit into your category, then I would consider you lean.

You would loose muscle mass and fat if you got down to 167 lbs.
If you got down to 5% to 10% body fat your abs would look like they were poking out and you would look very defined. Burning more calories than you consume will cause you to loose weight, but burning fat off has to do with exercise and the percent of carbs to protein that you consume.
You could get down to 167 lbs by decreasing your calories, but it may just create a smaller version of "you" unless you change the carb to protein ratio you consume.
Try using the Harris Benedict equation to calculate your calorie intake. I recommend a 40% protein, 40% carb, and 20% fat diet for every meal since you are an athlete.
