Yesterday I ran a 6:30 mile on an elliptical and it wasn't even that hard. I don't know if I can run a 6:30 mile in real life, and if I did, it would take a lot out of me. I have a lot of leg strength and a strong heart, but I'm kind of heavy, so is that why an elliptical mile would be easier for me, and that the impact of running is what's hard for me?

Apparently my lean weight is 167 lbs. Currently I'm 210 lbs. So, if I go down to 167 lbs, does that mean I'm dead (0% body fat) or I just have no excess fat and I should go down to something like 175 lbs? By the way, I'm a competitive athlete, so literally as little weight as possible would be ideal. Thanks!

So what should I do? I can get a replacement LCD screen for $20 on the Nintendo repair site, but I don't know how to fix it myself. Is that a good price, and should I do it? It is the top LCD screen that I need, right?

I'm a sophomore in high school am I'm a total pacifist, but lately I've been put in some situations in which violence was one of the only ways out. I'm afraid that soon I'll have to actually defend myself. You know how high school is.
