My two top ones grew all the way in, the right bottom one was partial impacted, and the other, I thought hadn't come up yet, but evidently it was coming in sideways. The two top ones grew in very early with no problem and the bottom right one was partial impacted for about a year. I never had any issues with them except for a little bit of food keep getting stuck in the back, a simple toothpick fixed the problem. However, I started to get pain from the bottom right tooth and got a lot of mouth ulcers. Finally went to the dentist, xrays showed the left bottom wisdom tooth was coming in sideways. The bottom right wisdom tooth could lead to infections, and the top wisdom teeth were actually starting to curve a bit. 99.9% chance you will most likely have them cut out. Maybe not now or the next couple of years, but eventually. I went ahead and got mine out a month ago. Now I won't have to worry about all the possible dental problems I may have in the future. Your call.

About 180,000 years ago, we ate raw meats and had a tougher diet. Wisdom teeth were essential in breaking up meat.

But as of today, our meats are processed and made tender, and thus, our wisdom teeth are no longer needed. If your wisdom teen are growing in at an angle (or impacted), then they can ruin dental work (i.e. braces), thus causing future dental problems.

Your dentist will always recommend you take them out when they start forming. So on the safe side, YES. Take them out.

Interesting question, so happens I just had mine removed 3 days ago. All four. You should go see your dentist, only they know if they should be removed or not. I had to get them removed because they were impacted and if I didn't they would of screwed up my other teeth. I suggest going to your dentist since nobody here can see an x-ray of your teeth!

    Good luck!

You obviously have the option, they won't force you to get them out, my dad still has all 4 of his but I went to the dentist and all dentist say this-that they recommend it be done because they don't want them to mess up the alignment of your teeth-especially if you've had braces!! Plus my dentist told me they're just a hassle and it's hard to brush and keep them clean it's not easy to floss back there and because of that they cause tooth decay and cavities and it's just better to have them out. But it's your option, my dad never got his out because thy rarely bother him and e sucks with pain! Anyways I'd say you should see a dentist, hope everything goes well!
