from my own personal exps,i find that what i eat, what time i eat has all to do w/sleep/nightmares etc.the gut is in direct relationship w/our brain all the time it seems.you get a thought in your head that your hungry or full etc this is coming directly from the gut. so gut health, digestion, indigestion has a lot to do w/sleep of course.using/taking probiotics can/will help our gut health. also any meds can also create sleep problems etc.our body is a whole system, regardless.what goes in our mouth daily creates the whole inner enviorment.try running a car on watered down gas n see what happens.(good food/bad food example)
