You see, My friend keeps telling me its no fair that i have ds,dsixl,3Ds and been to all 50 states, and then one day, she like starts bragging she has a dog and that i cant have one, she recently got it after i started noticing shes being kinda mean, And she talks about it all the time in front of me, and only in front of me.  ( Says some of my other friends) and Oneday she decides she wants to call me a Bratty little 12 year old, she also gets mad that im 14 and can wear makeup and short skirts/shorts. and forces her mom to let her wear them. Whats happening?

She's jealous, so she wants to make you jealous. You can either fix the situation by talking to her about it, or let it end your friendship. We should play Mario Kart 7 together XD

She's jealous, and trying to make herself look better. There are a lot of immature jerks like that out there. She is envious of the things you have, regardless of how stupid it is to go to that range of jealousy. This is not her trying to be a good friend. It's her trying to be a cooler friend.
 My advice to you, is to get a better friend. This girl is doing you no good, and is only going to hurt you and spread gossip. She's acting like a stuck up spoiled kid. Look for a better best friend. Maybe someday she will realize how jerky she's been. But until then, choose your friends wisely. They influence you greatly, even if you don't know.

I think she's just jealous because the things you have/had done, but if you never put it in her face of the things you done then she has no right . Real friends don't do that, you're still young there's gonna be a lot of people like that … good luck with the brat(: lol
