Is there any possibility of getting my Virgin Mobile phone fixed?

Question

Yesterday, I was working and I slipped on a wet floor and fell on my butt. My cell phone (Virgin Mobile Motorola Triumph) was in my back pocket and now the screen isn't working. The battery still works/charges, the screen and phone themselves are not physically damaged and the phone is actually functional (I had my Dad call it and knew where to put my fingers on the touch screen without having to look, and was able to answer his call and hear him just fine). However, I obviously still need my screen. I don't have insurance on the phone but was wondering if I could take it to Radio Shack or mail it to Virgin Mobile and get it fixed or replaced for a fee less than what it would cost to buy a new one. If there is any way to do that, any references to phone numbers or e-mail addresses, etc. would be great.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. Virgin mobile does not offer a discounted replacement phone to replace a broken phone, and the costs of getting the phone repaired would be all on you. 

This is due to the fact that Virgin mobile is a prepaid carrier, and has low operating margins to begin with, so they cannot afford to hand over discounted phones like contract carriers can.

The rumor contact is good for texting and the internet is beautiful good as long as you down load opera mini.However, one of the internet is restricted (reside watching videos rather than youtube, streaming are living tune/audio). If you want a cellphone completely for interent i'd say the blackberry is your pleasant wager. I have the rumor touch and i'm lovely blissful with it though. The fb app and the instant messaging and email apps are just right, the contact display is cool, and the keyboard makes texting a lot easier!
