No all you get is the great taste of wine, it will burn off while cooking so there's no problem depending on your state in may be ok for you to serve your child a class of wine or beer under you supervision

Cooking drives the alcohol out. Now, if it's in a wine sauce (cold) that would be a different animal. Many restaurants have a beer-batter chicjken. No beer or alcohol in it when it arrives at your table, though.

Why would it be? By the time it's done cooking, all of the alcohol has cooked out. Alcohol has a very low evaporation point.

The cooking process burns off the overwhelming majority of the alcohol. It's mainly done for flavor. You can't get drunk off of it, or even slightly tipsy.
Yes, you can eat it.
