MTG Deck Advice.. Suprise Mill!!?

I had this idea of making a mono-black mill deck that revolved around Liliana of the Dark Realms and Sands of Delirium. Since the sands is and artifact and can be activated as soon as played, I'm thinking that I'd hold it until I have Liliana's emblem and pounce for about a 40 card mill at once.

I'm a little stuck on what else to add to the deck to make sure I survive long enough to play the combo. So far I'm thinking Vampire Nighthawk and Liliana's Shade with Mark of the Vampire to keep with the lifelink so I stay alive long enough. What else would be a good addition to such a deck?

With Liliana, I think I want to stay mono-black so I don't want Jace or any of the blue mill cards if I can help it.

I have this in mind. http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/suprise-mill/

Any suggestions would be welcome, including good sideboard cards. This is an idea in progress and I have not play tested it yet. I'm trying not to use any cards that will rotate out soon.

Thanks in advance!

I think you'd be delaying the game too long to win in a novel way when you could do about a dozen other things to win in the same time.

you want to kind your deck extra sensible next time you position up. Have a type for lands, creatures, artifacts, etc. This makes it a lot easier to study and kind by using. you also favor to record all of your lands because we do not comprehend what length your deck is. also you've a multitude of a deck the following. Mill would not artwork nicely with some thing yet mill. also like anybody else has advised you, decks do not artwork nicely except there is consistency in the deck. this implies you want to have 4 copies of playing cards or you received't draw them in the time of a sport.

You need more than one strategy per deck... Add lots of stall cards- killspells (doomblade, murder, etc) and a Chalice of Life/Death would be a nice idea, what with your lifelink already going on. Vampire Nighthawk is an amazong card btw. I have a blue-black mill deck and four of him in it ahaha. But by avoiding blue, you do realise you're giving up some GREAT mill cards... Mind sculpt being one of them! And Curse of the Bloody Tomb! And Stern Mentor! But ah. Well. Good luck ahaha :P
