Where can I download The Sims for free?

The only way to buy the Sims would be through the use of torrents (which are illegal). So I will not tell you exactly where to get it but I can tell you about torrents in general. The best software for downloading torrents is Utorrent: http://www.utorrent.com/ In my experience the best place to find torrents is http://torrentz.eu/ So what you would do is type in what you want (in your case the sims) and it will give you a list of things to download. Once you click on the link it will give you a list of torrent websites (I only use piratebay and KickassTorrents). Click on whatever website then download your game. You will need to download two softwares (which you could get from torrents) Winzip and PowerISO (WinZip is just a software useful for unpacking files that some torrents are compressed in. Read some tutorials on exactly how to use PowerISO but what this does is mount the game image to a disc drive (you can set virtual ones) and it unpacks all the game files into a destination of your choosing. After this step is done if you try to launch the .exe of the game it will tell you that you need the disc to play the game. Head over to this site: http://www.gamecopyworld.com/, then type the game you want in the search bar and it will provide you with a link to a No DVD fix for the game. Download this and it will have you replace the .exe for the game in the directory you installed it in and then you are all ready to go. You also need a keygen for the game that will provide you with an activation key (most keygens come with the torrent itself, but if not just download a keygen on its own). That is basically it, I know it sounds intimidating but it is not that bad you just gotta go through the steps and you'll be fine.
